Welcome to CB Group Consulting Digital Services! By booking a session, purchasing prints, or using our website, you (“Client” or “You”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of [specify amount or percentage] is required upon booking to secure your session date and time. This deposit will be applied toward the final session fee.

The remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date.

Refunds are generally not provided due to the non-refundable deposit policy. However, exceptions may be considered at our discretion in extenuating circumstances.
3. Copyright & Image Usage

All images and media captured during sessions are copyrighted by CB Group Consulting.

Clients are granted a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and display images for non-commercial purposes only.

Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

By booking a session, you grant CB Group Consulting permission to use selected images for portfolios, marketing materials, and social media. You may withdraw consent for specific images by contacting us in writing.

Digital files provided are high-resolution and intended for personal use. We recommend using reputable print vendors, as we are not responsible for the quality of third-party prints.
4. Client Conduct & Liability

CB Group Consulting fosters a professional environment and expects all clients and guests to maintain respectful behavior. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in immediate session termination without a refund.

Client Safety: While we take precautions to ensure a safe environment, CB Group Consulting is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during the session. Clients should disclose any specific needs to help us provide a safe experience.
5. Image Editing & Delivery

All images are professionally edited according to our artistic standards. Requests for additional edits may incur an extra charge, to be discussed with the client.

Final edited images will be delivered within [specify timeframe, e.g., 2-4 weeks] via a secure online gallery. Clients will be notified of any delays.

Raw, unedited images are not provided. CB Group Consulting reserves the right to select and edit the best images for final delivery.
6. Quality & Technical Issues

While we strive to meet client expectations, final image outcomes may vary due to external factors (e.g., lighting, weather, or venue conditions).

Our liability is limited to the session fee paid by the client.

Although we take precautions to prevent data loss, Prime Digital Services is not liable for lost or damaged images due to unforeseen technical issues. If possible, a reshoot may be offered at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All images and content produced by CB Group Consulting are copyrighted.

Clients may not alter, reproduce, or sell images without our written consent.

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted under these Terms. Commercial use requires separate licensing.
